The team that makes it happen

Isaiah Salter, raised in Charlotte NC, is passionate about helping and serving people in every capacity Isaiah Salter (Salt)

Isaiah Salter, raised in Charlotte NC, is passionate about helping and serving people in every capacity. As a former D1 basketball player, he has gained much of his insight and wisdom from his time as an athlete and has had periods in his life where he struggled severely with mental and emotional health. In 2021 he was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, which put him down a path of wanting to live a more aligned, authentic, and fulfilled life. It was life’s experiences that taught him how every situation, if embraced with the right perspective and taken with a grain of salt, can be used to not only better yourself, but to uplift the people around you.

WAGOS. Adrian Sandoval Adrian Sandoval

Adrian Sandoval, from Windsor, California, is driven by a passion for the power of the mind and the pursuit of daily self-improvement, shaped by his love for sports. At 18, he took a leap of faith, skipping college to follow his inner calling, achieving early financial success. Despite this, Adrian struggled internally, feeling lost without a clear identity or purpose, and insecurity about others’ perceptions held him back. Everything shifted when Adrian partnered with Salt, combining their shared vision to grow WAGOS—a brand built with the mission to help individuals find success by looking internally rather than externally. Together, they aim to inspire others to embrace authenticity, self-reflection, and intentional living. Adrian’s life philosophy is simple yet profound: “Rather than spending your time chasing butterflies, set intention and build a garden instead. Eventually, the butterflies will come in abundance.”
